Basic Agility
January 14th 7pm - Ages 16-up
January 12th 7pm - Junior Handlers Class! Ages 8-15
This 8 week class introduces the terminology and basics of agility to the new agility team. This class is focused on laying the ground work for success in agility including:
Basic Ground Obstacle Performance such as:
· Hoops
· Jumps
· Barrels
· Tunnels
Team Work and Path Performance such as:
· Start line behavior
· Recall in the ring
· Directional and path focus
· Small sequencing
No pre-requisites are required. A minimum of 3 teams must sign up for the class to be offered and a maximum of 5. Class is $160 for the session.

Maureen Linhardt - Lead Instructor
Maureen has over 10 years of experience as an agility handler with multiple team mates. She is currently teaming with Melbourne, NATCh-14, V-NATCh-8, AA-NATCh-3, a mixed breed rescue. Melbourne was inducted into the NADAC Hall of Fame in 2015. They have been 2-time runners up at the NADAC North Central Regional Championships in the Large Veteran Dog division in 2018 and 2019. They have qualified for the NADAC National Championships seven straight years and competed at the 2013 NADAC National Championships and placed on the podium the 2019 NADAC National Championships.
